PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Following your initial contact with our team, we will assess the scope of your project and walk you through each step of our construction process. We have access to architects and design professionals who will take into account every design feature and request and find the best solutions to complex design ideas. Our team works to achieve every design need while keeping budget at the forefront.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction is the stage where we turn your dream home into a reality! This phase is when we start to bring all of your ideas and plans to life. Cinder Creek Construction. is dedicated to keeping your project on schedule while staying focused on effective and open communication at every stage.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
We ask that if clients have any questions after they have moved in their home to contact us so we can help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. We are fortunate to be able to call all of our past clients friends and treasure the relationships we have formed.
Small Builder Advantage
We are a purposely small company choosing to build a small number of projects a year. This enables us to provide a hands on relationship with each of our clients. We believe that every home is only as good as the individuals that are overseeing its construction on a daily basis. Together Kara and Neal are Cinder Creek Construction and we personally supervise and build each home.
